Hi, it’s great to meet you!
I’m Sarah, and I understand exactly how you might be feeling right now — because I’ve been there too.
Growing up, I often felt like an outsider, as though I was on the edge of a world that seemed effortless for others. Fitting in felt like an uphill battle.
I struggled to form meaningful connections, grappled with a poor working memory, and was misdiagnosed with conditions like anxiety and depression.
In my attempt to blend in, I became a version of myself that wasn’t truly me — fighting the exhaustion that came with trying to conform. Overthinking and constant rumination left little room for peace or self-acceptance.
What I didn’t know at the time was that these struggles were the result of undiagnosed ADHD.
This didn’t stop me from successfully training as a nurse and dedicating over 20 years to the NHS. It was during this time that I discovered I could transfer my nursing skills into ADHD coaching.
My own experience
After my own ADHD diagnosis and working with an ADHD coach, I realised there was nothing wrong with me, my brain was just wired differently.
With this knowledge and the right support, I was able to reaffirm my goals and find my own path to achieving them.
Now, I offer ADHD coaching to others, while continuing to work as a nurse qualified in autism assessment.
I BELIEVE IN:
Empowering clients to help them to get to where they want to be.
Personalised support.
Empathy and understanding.
Creating a non-judgemental space where people feel safe to share their experiences.
WHEN I’M NOT COACHING, YOU’LL FIND ME:
Spending time with family and friends, taking long walks with our family dog Sidney, and outdoor swimming.
CLIENT TESTIMONIAL
“I had a really positive experience working with Sarah. From our first session to our last, I felt validated, at ease and able to share my journey.
She allowed me to explore areas I felt I needed support in and offered tools and techniques to help. I have since been able to implement these and build my confidence in managing my ADHD. ”

My ADHD Coaching Certification
I trained at the ADD Coaching Academy (ADDCA), which is accredited by the International Coaching Federation (ICF) and the Professional Association of ADHD Coaches (PAAC). I chose to train at ADDCA because it is widely recognised as the ‘gold standard’ for ADHD coaching, and providing the highest level of support to my clients is something I value deeply.
This means I’m able to combine my specialist ADHD coaching training with my extensive experience in healthcare, so I can offer my clients a comprehensive support package.
Get in touch if you’d like to find out more. I’m looking forward to working together and helping you make positive changes in your life!
