Why Work With Me?

Because I truly get it, and that changes everything

I’m not just an ADHD coach, I’m a woman with lived experience of ADHD, a former senior NHS nurse, a mother to two neurodivergent daughters, and someone who navigated the emotional and physical rollercoaster of perimenopause and neurodivergence.

I specialise in working with women who are late-diagnosed ADHD or wondering if they might be neurodivergent. Many of the women I support are juggling careers, parenting, relationships, and caregiving, all while their hormones are shifting and their nervous systems are on overdrive.

This is not just coaching, this is a compassionate, intelligent partnership rooted in understanding, professional expertise, and a deep respect for your lived experience.

What makes me different?

  • I spent 20 years working as a registered nurse in the NHS, specialising in supporting patients with complex care needs.

This background gives me a unique insight into health, hormones, mental wellbeing and system navigation, so I bring both compassion and clinical understanding into our coaching work.

  • I trained with the ADD Coach Academy (ADDCA), widely recognised as the gold standard in ADHD coach training. Their programme is built specifically around the neuroscience of ADHD and how it impacts day-to-day life.

This wasn’t just a short course, I made a deliberate, thoughtful choice to invest in a world-class, accredited qualification because I believe my clients deserve the very best support.

  • Providing the highest quality service is at the heart of everything I do. I’m committed to ongoing training, professional development, and working in a values-led, ethical way.

When you work with me, you're getting someone who has walked this path, trained rigorously, and cares deeply about showing up with professionalism, kindness, and integrity.

  • I live what I coach. I was diagnosed later in life, during perimenopause. I know the frustration of being misunderstood, the exhaustion of masking, and the heartbreak of trying to hold everything together when it’s all just too much. I also know what it’s like to come through the fog and find my footing, and I help my clients do the same.

  • Whether you're trying to access assessment, get support for your child, or navigate life after diagnosis, I know how hard it can be.

I’ve advocated for families, navigated endless referrals, and helped clients prepare for appointments, letters, and workplace conversations.

  • Clients often tell me they feel seen, heard, and understood for the first time.

I create a safe, non-judgemental space where you can explore what you really need and start building a life that works for your brain

Why ADHD coaching is an investment.

ADHD coaching is not just another expense. It’s an investment in your future self, your wellbeing, your clarity, and your confidence. It can be truly life changing.

When you choose to work with me, you're not just paying for sessions, you’re investing in:

  • A specialist with gold-standard ADHD training and a background in clinical healthcare

  • A coach who understands both the emotional and hormonal complexity of being a neurodivergent woman who provides strength-based ADHD coaching.

  • A tailored, compassionate, and empowering process designed to help you find what works for you

  • A safe space to explore, grow, and rebuild your self-trust

For many women, this work is the first time they’ve felt like someone truly gets them, hears them and understands what they have been struggling with all their lives, and that in itself can be transformative.

If you’re ready to invest in real change and lasting self-understanding, I’m here to support you.

  • As part of our work together, I provide a range of supportive tools, including worksheets based on your strengths, exercises to help re-wire negative narratives, and gentle accountability through weekly reminders and 'homework'. That said, there's never any pressure and if you don’t get to it, that’s absolutely fine. This is your space, and we go at your pace.

  • You're also welcome to get in touch between sessions via email, WhatsApp or phone (I respond to messages during my working hours), so you always feel supported and connected.

I offer bespoke ADHD coaching packages that are tailored to you, your needs, your goals, and your unique way of thinking and working.

If you're funding coaching privately, a standard 12-session package is £1,350 for 12 x 60-minute one-to-one coaching sessions

Flexible payment options are available—you can choose to pay in full, or in installments across the duration of the coaching package. Just let me know what works best for you, and we can make a plan that feels manageable.

If you’re applying for, or already have, an Access to Work grant, I’m happy to work with the funding you’ve been awarded.

Grants can vary widely in terms of the amount and number of sessions covered. I can create a personalised coaching plan that fits within your available funding and helps you reach your specific goals.

Please don’t hesitate to get in touch if you’d like to talk this through, I’m always happy to support you with navigating the Access to Work process and creating a plan that works for you.

Coaching That Gets Results

Since becoming a certified/Accredited ADHD coach, I’ve worked with women who are navigating late diagnosis of ADHD perimenopause.

Together, we’ve:

  • Created calm from chaos

  • Developed better systems for daily life, especially around routines and structure

  • Found clarity and confidence

  • Let go of shame and perfectionism

  • Tackled overwhelm and procrastination

  • Improved relationships at home and at work

  • Rebuilt careers and businesses

  • Prioritised health, joy, and rest

  • Discovered self-compassion

  • Learned how to thrive with their ADHD

Every coaching journey is different. Some clients work with me for a few months, others for longer. We can tailor the relationship to your needs, including session frequency, intensity, and focus.
