ADHD talks and webinars to raise awareness in the workplace

A workplace for everyone

The workplace is full of different people, each bringing their own strengths and challenges, and ADHD is no exception. Unfortunately, ADHD and how it presents can be misunderstood. That’s where I come in!

My ADHD awareness talks are designed to help your teams understand what ADHD really is, how it shows up at work and how support in the workplace can make a huge difference not just for individuals but an organisation as a whole.

Why does ADHD awareness in the workplace matter?

Many people don’t realise they have ADHD.and, for those that do, they might not feel comfortable asking for support.

This can leave people feeling frustrated and overlooked, affecting not only their performance but confidence and communication skills too.  By raising awareness and sharing my own experience of ADHD in the workplace, my goal is to:

Help people understand ADHD and neurodivergence better

Make it easier for employees to ask for what reasonable adjustments they need to do their best work

Understand opportunities by focusing on strengths, not just challenge

Build a more inclusive, positive workplace culture.

“I was initially told about the wonderful Sarah through a friend whom had previously used her and spoke highly about her. I had a free consultation and in a short space of time I was blown away with Sarah's knowledge and experience and her genuine need to want to share this and help me on my ADHD/perimenopause journey.

Sarah also recently helped our local women's ADHD support group and put on an informative and much needed adhd/perimenopause workshop. She shared resources and everyone whom attended took something away. Sarah’s passion and dedication was very much appreciated.

Sarah is kind, genuine and gets the ADHD brain and struggles us women get as we get older especially when adding hormones in to the mix. It's been very reassuring. I highly recommend Sarah for anyone navigating ADHD and the perimenopause. Thank you Sarah for everything, you are one in a million.”

My approach to ADHD awareness in the workplace

As someone who has navigated life with ADHD, both personally and professionally, I understand the challenges and strengths it brings.

Whether I am coaching clients, a guest on a webinar or giving awareness talks, for me, it isn’t  just about delivering information - it’s about starting conversations, challenging stereotypes and empowering people to understand:

  • What ADHD really is

  • How to recognise the signs

  • The challenges and impact it may have on someone’s day

  • Strengths and how to focus on them

  • What an ADHD-friendly workplace could look like

  • What reasonable adjustments in the workplace are, and how they can be implemented so everyone benefits.

How I can support your workplace

Here are some of the ways I’ve shared my experience and raised awareness of ADHD in the workplace with organisations I’ve previously worked with:

  • A relaxed online session, perfect for remote or hybrid teams.

  • Face-to-face session at your workplace with real-time Q&A.

  • Online sessions for large or global teams, flexible and accessible.
