ADHD Group Coaching
So you can thrive at work, at home and in your everyday life.
I hadn’t realised just how profoundly perimenopause would affect my ADHD. Although my diagnosis helped me make sense of lifelong struggles, the hormonal changes made my symptoms so much worse. Strategies that had once worked stopped working, and I no longer recognised myself.
As I began to talk more openly about this, I discovered I wasn’t alone. So many women shared the same story of feeling unseen, unsupported, and unsure where to turn for the right help.
That’s why I’ve created something I wish I’d had at the time — a small group coaching programme designed specifically for women navigating ADHD and perimenopause.
New group coaching starting in January 2026

This six-week course combines evidence-informed ADHD coaching with practical strategies, community, and expert insight.
You’ll gain:
• Weekly sessions in a small, supportive group of 6–8 women
• Peer connection through a private WhatsApp community
• Guest speakers, including a GP and advanced nurse practitioner specialising in menopause, with live Q&A sessions
• Practical tools for managing executive functions, wellbeing, relationships, parenting, and caring responsibilities
• Guidance on navigating healthcare and workplace systems, including how to talk to your GP, understand the ADHD referral/assessment process, and apply for Access to Work
This programme is grounded in belonging, understanding, and growth. You’ll connect with women who truly get it, learn to work with your brain rather than against it, and feel more confident navigating this chapter of life..
