ADHD Group Coaching

So you can thrive at work, at home and in your everyday life.

I did not know what perimenopause was going to do to my ADHD.

My diagnosis had helped me make sense of everything I had been through. But then the hormonal changes hit, my symptoms got so much worse, and the strategies that had once worked stopped working. I no longer recognised myself.

When I started talking about it more openly, I found I was not alone. The same story, over and over: women who felt unseen and unsupported, with no idea where to turn.

That is why I have built this.

From the 28th April I am opening a small, rolling group coaching programme for women navigating ADHD and the perimenopause. Eight spaces. Weekly 90-minute sessions on Google Meet, with a different evidence-informed topic each week and live group coaching with me in the second half. No end date. No cohort who moves on without you. Just a consistent weekly space with women who understand.

Each week we go into something different. Executive functioning. Emotional regulation. Sensory overload. How your hormones are affecting your ADHD brain. What a late diagnosis means for your sense of self. Practical tools that actually fit the way your brain works.

This is what I wish had existed when I was first trying to make sense of everything.

£150 a month. There are only 8 spaces and these will be filled on a first come, first served basis.

Starts Tuesday 28th April
1pm - 2:30 each week

If this sounds like what you have been waiting for, add your name to the waiting list below. I will be in touch with everything you need when registration opens.

• Weekly sessions in a small, supportive group of 8 women
• Peer connection through a private WhatsApp community
• Guest speakers, including a GP and advanced nurse practitioner specialising in menopause, with live Q&A sessions

This programme is grounded in belonging, understanding, and growth. You’ll connect with women who truly get it, learn to work with your brain rather than against it, and feel more confident navigating this chapter of life..

“Our sessions were consistently validating—she listened deeply, mirrored my experiences with real understanding, and created a space where I felt seen and heard. Because of her support, I now feel firmer in my place in the world. If you're navigating life with ADHD and looking for someone who truly gets it, I can’t recommend Sarah enough”
