Kate Organ
Kate Organ is a BMS Menopause Specialist and consultant pharmacist specialising in hormone-related mental health. With nearly 20 years’ experience working in UK mental health services, Kate brings extensive expertise to a highly specialised area of women’s health, supporting women through the complex interaction between hormones, menopause, neurodivergence and mental wellbeing.
Kate works with many women experiencing neurodivergence during perimenopause, particularly where hormonal changes can significantly affect ADHD symptoms and overall emotional regulation. Her approach considers both ADHD and menopause together, recognising that effective support often requires a dual perspective rather than treating each issue in isolation.
Kate founded The Menopause Specialist’s Clinic to provide holistic, evidence-based care for women who are struggling with mental health-related symptoms during menopause. Her work is focused on improving wellbeing, helping women better understand the impact of hormonal change, and supporting them with personalised treatment strategies that address both physical and psychological symptoms
